AUOS and its role

AUOS is a brand of CHAINSPIRION INC., a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada (corporation number 1001548943). References to “AUOS”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean CHAINSPIRION INC. Where an agreed conversion is quoted directly by the company, it acts as the principal counterparty to that conversion. Its responsibilities for collections, asset holding and payments are separately defined in the applicable service agreement.

Service descriptions and regulatory status

AUOS is not a bank. The use of terms such as “account”, “balance”, “collection”, “conversion” or “settlement” describes a business workflow and does not, by itself, create a bank deposit, an investment product or a right to a regulated service. FINTRAC registration is not a licence, an endorsement or a guarantee of funds, and does not establish permission for every activity or jurisdiction.

Providers and availability

A service may involve banks, payment institutions, liquidity providers, wallet infrastructure providers or other counterparties. The relevant parties, their responsibilities, applicable permissions and their terms must be identified before a route is enabled. A technology provider is not necessarily the customer’s custodian or payment provider. The availability of a service depends on the customer, locations, assets, networks and route concerned.

Customer assets and protection

Where a service includes holding customer assets, the applicable agreement must explain who receives and controls those assets, ownership, withdrawal rights, any safeguarding arrangements and treatment on insolvency. A dedicated wallet address, separate ledger or account label does not by itself establish a trust, legal segregation or bankruptcy protection. Digital assets, including stablecoins, are not bank deposits and are not covered by Canadian deposit insurance. AUOS does not promise capital protection or guaranteed redemption.

Financial and operational risks

Foreign-exchange and digital-asset transactions involve risks, including market movement, stablecoin depegging, issuer or counterparty failure, security incidents and irreversible transfer errors. You may lose some or all of the value involved. Displayed rates, sample balances and processing times are not executable quotes or guarantees. Transaction-specific rates, fees, funding conditions and settlement estimates are governed by the terms confirmed for the transaction.

Eligibility and transaction controls

Access to services is subject to applicable law, business and beneficial-owner verification, sanctions screening, source-of-funds checks and ongoing review. Instructions may be delayed, declined or restricted where legally required or permitted by the applicable agreement. This website does not itself open an account, receive funds, accept a custody mandate or execute a transaction; a business enquiry does not activate a service.

Digital Asset and Foreign Exchange Services Agreement. This agreement covers business collections, conversion, asset holding, withdrawals and payouts. It is not available for customer acceptance; a final agreement and completed service schedule are required before activation.

1 Document status parties and defined terms

Published version — version 0.2, prepared 23 October 2026. This document is not an offer, an executed agreement or an effective service contract. It must not be presented for customer signature or electronic acceptance in its present form. No effective date has been assigned.

This proposed Digital Asset & Foreign Exchange Services Agreement is between CHAINSPIRION INC., an Ontario, Canada corporation operating under the AUOS brand (“AUOS”, “we” or “us”), and the business customer identified in a completed service schedule (“Customer” or “you”). AUOS is a brand and is not a separate contracting entity. The Customer's full legal name, authorised signatory and notice details, and AUOS's formal notice address, must be completed before adoption.

A “Service Schedule” means a document signed by both parties identifying an approved service and its operating and legal terms. A “Quote” means a transaction-specific proposal issued through an agreed channel. A “Transaction” means an instruction accepted under an effective agreement and a valid Quote, where required. “Funds” includes the fiat currency and digital assets relevant to a Transaction. The provisions below state the proposed contractual framework; references to duties or rights do not activate a service through this website.

2 Activation service scope and capacity

The proposed services concern business receipt, conversion, payment and ongoing safekeeping workflows involving approved fiat currencies and digital assets. The business model permits customers to leave assets with AUOS over time rather than requiring an immediate onward payment. This is a proposed operating model; no live service is offered through this website. Website access, a demonstration, an enquiry, due diligence or an indicative Quote does not open an account or create authority to receive, hold, convert or transfer Funds.

No service may be activated and no Funds may be accepted until the parties have adopted a final agreement and completed a Service Schedule confirming: the service and transaction purpose; eligible customer locations and payment corridors; assets and blockchain networks; relevant permissions; AUOS's principal counterparty role for agreed conversions and its separately specified role for receipt, safekeeping and payment; the identity and responsibilities of each material bank, payment institution, custodian or other provider; the Funds arrangements in section 6; and governing law and dispute arrangements. The liability allocation must also be resolved in the final agreement. An incomplete schedule is not authority to begin service.

AUOS shall perform only the services expressly agreed and lawfully available for the relevant Customer and route. For an agreed conversion, AUOS shall quote directly and act as the Customer's principal counterparty. This capacity is limited to conversion and does not, by itself, determine the legal capacity in which AUOS receives, safeguards or pays assets. Those capacities must be separately described. No fiduciary, advisory, banking or deposit relationship is created merely by a product label. AUOS shall not describe an unidentified or unconfirmed provider as an authorised partner. Separate provider terms must be made available before the Customer becomes bound by them, with the provider's contracting role explained.

3 Business eligibility and due diligence

The Customer shall use the services only for lawful business purposes within the agreed scope, act through duly authorised representatives and provide accurate, complete and current information. The Customer shall disclose its legal structure, ownership and control, business activities, expected transaction activity, source of Funds and underlying commercial purpose when reasonably required for the service or applicable compliance obligations. Material changes must be reported promptly.

AUOS may require identity and business verification, beneficial-owner information, sanctions screening and supporting transaction documents before approval and during the relationship. Requests must be relevant to the service, risk or applicable obligations. AUOS may decline an application or an instruction it cannot lawfully support, or where necessary verification remains incomplete. Preliminary approval does not promise approval of every later Transaction.

The Customer shall not use the service for criminal activity, sanctions evasion, fraud, false documentation, undisclosed third-party payment activity or unlicensed regulated activity. Any restriction shall be applied under the agreed service scope and applicable law. Required reports and legally restricted investigations may be conducted without disclosure to the Customer where disclosure is prohibited. Compliance review does not confer an unrestricted right to retain or confiscate Funds.

4 Authorised instructions and security

The Service Schedule shall identify authorised users, approved communication channels, authentication requirements, approval limits and the process for changing payment details. AUOS shall accept instructions only through those agreed controls. An ordinary enquiry email or a website illustration is not an instruction to move Funds. Neither party shall request a private key, recovery phrase or account password from the other.

The Customer shall verify the beneficiary, account or wallet address, blockchain network, asset, amount, reference and purpose before approval, protect its access credentials and promptly report suspected compromise or unauthorised activity. AUOS shall maintain the security and instruction-verification controls agreed for its role and promptly take reasonable steps to contain a reported incident. A record showing that credentials were used does not, by itself, conclusively establish authority or resolve responsibility for a disputed instruction.

Each party shall preserve relevant instruction and approval records for the periods required by applicable law and the agreed retention arrangements. Transaction confirmations shall be made available through an agreed channel. The parties shall investigate disputed records in good faith, considering the authentication process, communications and available technical evidence.

5 Quotes acceptance and charges

Before the Customer accepts a conversion or payment, the Quote or incorporated fee schedule shall state the source and destination assets, amounts, rate and any embedded spread, AUOS fees, known network and intermediary charges, applicable taxes, expected net delivery amount or its calculation method, funding deadline, Quote expiry, settlement conditions and any cancellation or return charges. A variable charge must have a disclosed basis and, where practicable, an estimate. No numerical fee or rate is established by this document.

A Quote is binding only through the acceptance method and before the expiry time stated in that Quote, after the service has been activated under section 2. The accepted terms and time of acceptance shall be recorded. A late, incomplete or conditional acceptance requires AUOS's express confirmation. AUOS shall not silently substitute a new rate after acceptance. A change to an accepted Transaction requires the Customer's agreement, except for a charge adjustment expressly permitted by the accepted terms or mandatory law.

If required funding is not received by the disclosed deadline, the Quote shall lapse or be handled under the expressly disclosed late-funding terms. Funds arriving after expiry shall not be converted at a replacement rate without the Customer's approval. Any proposed loss, cancellation cost or deduction must have a contractual basis, a transparent calculation and supporting records; it is not an automatic penalty.

The proposed model does not charge a separate custody fee. Conversion or transfer fees and spreads may apply as expressly disclosed. A fee cannot be imposed merely because assets remain with AUOS. Introducing a separate ongoing holding fee requires an agreed prospective amendment and any legally required notice or consent.

6 Funding ownership custody and providers

Funding arrangements remain unresolved. AUOS shall not accept Funds, issue usable funding instructions or activate a collection address until the relevant Service Schedule is complete and the arrangement has been confirmed as lawful. The schedule shall identify the account holder, beneficial owner, recipient of each transfer, persons controlling keys or withdrawal authority, custody and any sub-custody, reconciliation process, permitted uses, any segregation or trust arrangement, withdrawal and return rights, and the applicable insolvency treatment. It shall explain when any title or claim changes and which party bears each identified counterparty exposure.

No provision of this document transfers ownership of prepaid Funds to AUOS, permits AUOS to use Customer Funds as its own working capital or establishes that the Customer has only an unsecured repayment claim. Equally, this document does not promise a trust, legal segregation, deposit protection or bankruptcy remoteness. Those matters require the actual legal and operational arrangement to be documented before funding. A separate wallet address or internal ledger alone is not a representation of legal protection.

The Customer shall send only approved assets through the exact network and verified instructions supplied for the activated service. AUOS shall account for Funds within its agreed responsibility and use them only as authorised by the completed agreement. Material providers and their responsibilities, fees, restrictions and relevant terms must be disclosed before use; AUOS remains responsible for its own agreed obligations. No government guarantee, stablecoin redemption entitlement or deposit-insurance coverage is created by this agreement.

7 Ongoing safekeeping and records

Where the activated Service Schedule includes ongoing safekeeping, the Customer may leave approved assets with AUOS pending a later conversion, payment or withdrawal instruction, including over an extended period within the agreed service scope. Assets shall not be represented as subject to a fixed maturity or an automatic investment programme unless separately and expressly agreed under a lawfully available product. This framework promises no interest, yield, staking reward or return on assets left in safekeeping.

For that service, AUOS shall manage and record Customer assets separately from company-owned assets, maintain customer-level sub-ledgers, allocate distinct deposit addresses and use dedicated customer-asset collection wallets for the agreed digital-asset flows. Collection wallets may aggregate customer assets where disclosed; an individual deposit address or ledger entry does not mean that each Customer has a separate legal custody account. AUOS shall reconcile customer sub-ledgers, relevant on-chain balances and applicable customer-money bank balances daily, investigate differences and maintain records of their resolution.

The intended wallet controls use Safeheron technology and multi-person approval policies. Safeheron is identified as a wallet technology provider, not as the Customer's named regulated custodian, bank or guarantor. The final schedule must confirm who controls keys, approvals, recovery and any sub-custody, including continuity arrangements if access is disrupted. The controls described here do not, by themselves, establish a trust or protection from insolvency.

AUOS shall not lend, pledge, stake, invest, rehypothecate or use Customer assets to pay company expenses under this framework. An authorised conversion or payment shall be recorded as such, with the applicable ownership transition specified in the completed schedule. Safekeeping records and transaction statements shall be available through an agreed secure channel, with a process for reporting and investigating a discrepancy. Any suspicious or unsupported token requiring technical isolation shall be recorded without being treated as freely available Customer assets.

8 Withdrawals and access to retained assets

The Customer may instruct withdrawal of its available, eligible retained assets through the agreed verified channel, subject to the completed Funds arrangements, disclosed limits and applicable legal restrictions. A prior conversion or transfer is not a condition of withdrawal unless the selected route inherently requires one and the Customer accepts its terms. A ledger balance is not, by itself, a guarantee of immediate liquidity or an insured deposit.

The Service Schedule must specify supported withdrawal assets and networks, beneficiary and wallet verification, approval requirements, minimums or limits, disclosed charges, processing days and cut-offs, the processing deadline or service standard and any conversion needed. AUOS shall process a complete authorised withdrawal without unreasonable delay once its stated conditions are satisfied and provide a confirmation or an explanation of any permitted hold. No undisclosed lock-up or new withdrawal condition may be imposed merely because the Customer has left assets for an extended period.

Fiat withdrawals shall use verified bank-transfer arrangements; cash is not accepted or paid under this model. Digital-asset withdrawals shall use the approved asset and network. AUOS may require a return to a verified source or another verified recipient where the contract, fraud controls or applicable law justify that requirement. A legal hold, insufficient available balance, unresolved verification issue or actual provider or network restriction may delay access only under the relevant agreed and lawful basis. The Customer shall receive the reason and available next steps where disclosure is permitted. Recovery and insolvency outcomes remain subject to the actual legal arrangement and applicable law.

9 Execution settlement and cut off times

A Transaction may proceed only after complete authorised instructions, required cleared funding and applicable checks have been satisfied. The Quote or Service Schedule shall specify the relevant time zone, business days, cut-off times, bank holidays, confirmation requirements and the event that constitutes completion. Receipt of Funds, an internal balance entry, acceptance of an instruction, release to a bank or blockchain and final receipt by a beneficiary are distinct events.

Instructions meeting all conditions after the applicable cut-off shall be processed on the next eligible processing day unless an express service commitment states otherwise. Estimates shall be identified as estimates. A same-day or other guaranteed deadline applies only if the parties expressly agree its scope, conditions and remedy in writing. Continuous blockchain availability does not establish continuous fiat settlement.

AUOS shall inform the Customer of a material delay, rejection or return within a reasonable time after becoming aware of it, state the available explanation and next steps where lawful, and take reasonable measures within its agreed role to resolve the issue. Compliance reviews, network congestion, banking interruptions and provider failures may affect timing but do not automatically excuse AUOS from every obligation. Any treatment of a failed conversion or returned amount, including a further conversion, must follow the accepted terms and applicable law.

10 Errors cancellation and recovery

A party discovering an incorrect, duplicate, misdirected or apparently unauthorised instruction shall notify the other promptly through the agreed incident channel and provide reasonably available details. The parties shall cooperate to investigate, preserve evidence and limit further loss. Any contractual notification deadline and its consequences must be disclosed in the final Service Schedule and cannot displace a mandatory legal right.

The Customer may request amendment or cancellation. AUOS shall promptly explain whether the instruction can still be stopped and shall take reasonable agreed recovery steps where technically and legally possible. A transfer already released to a payment system, provider or blockchain may be irreversible. No recall or recovery is guaranteed. AUOS shall not charge a recovery fee that was not disclosed or separately approved, except where a mandatory charge applies by law.

Where AUOS causes an execution error within its contractual responsibility, it shall take reasonable corrective action and account for the resulting adjustment under the final allocation of responsibility. Where a Customer error or an external event is established, the resulting costs shall be allocated under the accepted terms and applicable law, considering each party's acts and omissions. AUOS shall not debit a disputed amount merely by describing its own records as conclusive. Unsupported assets and mistaken receipts shall be assessed for lawful return or recovery without assuming that technical recovery is possible.

11 Digital asset and transaction risks

The Customer acknowledges that a digital asset, including a stablecoin intended to track a reference currency, can lose value or become illiquid. Issuers, custodians, financial institutions and other counterparties may fail or restrict access. Redemption rights depend on the relevant issuer's terms and the Customer's eligibility; possession of a token does not itself guarantee direct redemption at par.

Blockchain transactions can be irreversible and are exposed to address errors, incompatible networks, congestion, attacks, reorganisations, smart-contract failures and administrative freezes. Only expressly approved assets and networks are supported. Forks, airdrops, bridged or wrapped assets and token migrations require specific written arrangements. Fiat payments also depend on banking systems, intermediaries and local operating rules.

The Customer shall assess the service and disclosed risks against its business requirements and obtain its own legal, tax and accounting advice where appropriate. AUOS provides no investment recommendation, yield promise or guarantee of asset value under this framework. This acknowledgement does not waive a claim arising from AUOS's breach, misrepresentation or a failure to perform its agreed responsibilities.

12 Confidentiality and personal information

Each party shall protect the other's non-public business, security and transaction information using reasonable safeguards, restrict access to persons with a legitimate need to know and use it only to perform the agreement, comply with law or pursue or defend a legal claim. Disclosure to a provider or adviser must be limited to what is necessary and subject to appropriate duties. These restrictions do not cover information lawfully public, independently developed or lawfully obtained without a confidentiality duty.

A party required to disclose confidential information shall limit disclosure to the lawful requirement and give notice where permitted. The parties shall cooperate on a material confidentiality or personal-information incident, subject to applicable reporting duties and legal restrictions. Confidentiality obligations survive termination for as long as the information remains confidential, subject to applicable law.

The website privacy notice does not, by itself, describe all future onboarding, screening and transaction processing. Before service data is collected, AUOS shall provide a service privacy notice identifying the responsible organisations, purposes, relevant legal grounds, categories of recipients and international transfers, retention arrangements, rights and contact route. Any required processing agreement or transfer mechanism must be completed before the relevant processing. Each party shall share only information it is entitled to provide and shall not treat acceptance of this agreement as blanket marketing consent.

13 Refusal review and suspension

AUOS may refuse, delay or suspend an instruction to the extent reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law, sanctions or a valid authority direction; investigate suspected fraud or a security incident; obtain required verification; address insufficient funding; or prevent a material breach of the agreed service restrictions. A provider restriction may also affect a Transaction where it applies to the actual route. A restriction must be connected to its stated basis and no broader or longer than reasonably necessary, subject to legal obligations.

AUOS shall give notice and an explanation where lawful, identify any information or remediation needed, and review the restriction as the relevant facts change. AUOS may withhold details where disclosure is legally restricted or would compromise a lawful security measure. A Customer may raise a complaint about a restriction without prejudicing its legal remedies.

Suspension does not transfer ownership of Funds, create a general forfeiture right or permit an arbitrary deduction. Funds may be frozen, reported, remitted to an authority or retained only where a lawful basis applies. Otherwise, eligible Funds shall be released or returned through a verified route once the relevant restriction and outstanding obligations have been resolved.

14 Responsibility and events beyond reasonable control

Each party shall perform its agreed obligations with reasonable care and skill, comply with applicable law and take reasonable steps to mitigate loss. Responsibility for an error, security failure, provider failure or unauthorised instruction shall reflect the actual contractual duties and the relevant acts and omissions. Appointing a provider does not automatically release AUOS from its own obligations.

No aggregate liability cap, excluded-loss formula or customer indemnity has been agreed in this document. Any such allocation requires specific review and express agreement in the final contract before activation. This document imposes no blanket waiver or exclusion of all liability. No term shall exclude responsibility or a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, and a risk acknowledgement does not excuse fraud, wilful misconduct or a failure to comply with mandatory obligations.

A party affected by an event outside its reasonable control shall promptly notify the other where lawful, explain the effect, take reasonable mitigation steps and resume performance when possible. Relief shall extend only to the obligation actually prevented and the period of prevention. The event does not itself cancel accrued payment or accounting duties, authorise a confiscation of Funds or excuse a failure caused by inadequate performance of agreed controls. The parties shall agree a lawful return or closure process if continued performance becomes impracticable.

15 Termination remaining Funds and complaints

The Customer may request closure by written notice through an agreed channel. AUOS may terminate on the notice period agreed in the final Service Schedule, or immediately where continued service would be unlawful or a serious security issue or material breach makes continued performance unreasonable. Where a remediable breach permits continued service safely and lawfully, the affected party shall be given a reasonable opportunity to remedy it. Termination shall not be used to avoid an accrued obligation or a valid complaint.

On closure, AUOS shall provide an accounting of Transactions, agreed fees, pending items and Funds within its responsibility. The parties shall identify Transactions that can be completed, cancelled or returned. Subject to a lawful hold, eligible remaining Funds shall be returned to a verified account or wallet for the entitled recipient through the route and within the period specified in the completed Service Schedule. No new conversion, abandonment charge or deduction may be imposed without an agreed or mandatory legal basis. Any delay, unclaimed Funds process or provider constraint must be explained where lawful; unresolved custody and return arrangements prevent activation under section 2.

Confidentiality, lawful retention, accrued obligations and provisions needed to resolve disputes survive closure. Complaints may be sent to contact@auos.xyz with “Complaint” in the subject. The operational procedure and any applicable acknowledgement, response and escalation periods must be supplied before activation. This email route is not represented as a continuously monitored emergency channel. Nothing prevents a party from contacting a competent authority or exercising an available legal remedy.

16 Applicable law notices document priority and acceptance

Governing law, courts or other dispute procedure, and formal notice addresses remain to be agreed. Ontario incorporation does not itself select a governing law or exclusive forum. The final Service Schedule must expressly identify those arrangements and preserve applicable mandatory rights. This document imposes no arbitration clause, class-action waiver or exclusive court agreement. AUOS shall not begin service while these material terms remain unresolved.

Subject to mandatory law, the final documents shall be read in the following order: a later amendment expressly signed by both parties; the relevant signed Service Schedule where it specifically identifies a variation; this master agreement; and the accepted Quote for transaction economics and timing within the authorised scope. A Quote may not silently amend legal protections or the Funds arrangements. Provider terms govern a separate provider relationship only to the extent disclosed and accepted for that relationship, and shall not silently displace AUOS's own obligations. Marketing material and website demonstrations are not transaction instructions or contractual guarantees.

A final agreement shall identify its version, approval date and effective date. Before electronic acceptance, the Customer must receive a readable, retainable copy of every incorporated document, an explanation of the acceptance method and an opportunity to review and correct the contracting details. Acceptance must be an affirmative act by an authorised representative, with evidence of authority and a record of the exact versions, signer identity, acceptance act and time. Browsing, preselected boxes, silence or sending an enquiry shall not constitute acceptance. This website collects no contractual acceptance and provides no onboarding or funding function.

Material amendments to an active agreement require the notice and acceptance process stated in the final contract and applicable law; publication on a website alone does not retrospectively change an accepted Transaction. Formal notices shall use the verified addresses and methods in the completed Service Schedule. Neither party may assign obligations in a manner that materially changes the other's rights without the required contractual consent and any mandatory notice. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent the agreement can lawfully and fairly continue. Failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it for later circumstances.

Scope and operator

These terms concern the AUOS website operated by CHAINSPIRION INC. They do not constitute a signed customer service agreement. Browsing, sending an enquiry or viewing a product illustration does not create a payment account, trading mandate or obligation to provide a financial service.

Any live service requires separate final documents identifying the parties, service scope and applicable terms. The services agreement is provided separately and is not open for acceptance.

Permitted use

You may view the website and share links for legitimate business evaluation. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, misuse personal information or use the website to facilitate unlawful activity.

When you contact us for an organisation, provide accurate information and act within your authority. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or unnecessary identity documents by ordinary email.

Content and intellectual property

AUOS content and branding are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. Except as permitted by law or with permission, do not copy, resell or present our materials as your own. Third-party names identify their owners and do not imply a partnership or endorsement.

Product descriptions and examples may be revised. Illustrations are not live balances, supported-route commitments, customer results or executable offers. Evaluate a service using its final agreement and disclosures.

External services and availability

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. Their operators control their content and information practices. A link does not make them an AUOS provider.

The website may be interrupted, changed or withdrawn. No continuous-access or service-level commitment is made in these website terms. A separate signed service-level agreement, if any, applies only to its defined service and conditions.

Responsibility and mandatory rights

Take reasonable steps to verify information before relying on it for a business decision and to protect your devices and communications. AUOS does not promise that general website content is suitable for your circumstances.

This notice concerns the public website and business enquiries sent by email. It does not replace any separate notice for customer onboarding, identity verification, payment execution, asset holding or a payment partner. Those services require their own applicable agreements and disclosures.

Information we collect

If you choose to email AUOS, we receive your email address and the content you send. Do not include passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, unnecessary identity documents or sensitive financial credentials.

The website and its hosting infrastructure process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure requests, such as network address, request time and browser information. This website does not provide an online enquiry submission form.

The website does not provide account registration, wallet connection, identity-document upload or payment entry.

How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond, assess your business requirements, maintain relevant correspondence and comply with applicable obligations. Submitting an enquiry asks us to contact you about that enquiry; it does not sign you up for unrelated marketing or accept a financial-services contract.

Depending on applicable law and context, processing may rely on consent, steps requested before a contract, a legal obligation or another lawful basis. We will obtain separate consent when required.

Storage providers and sharing

Email links open your email application. Opening a link does not send a message. If you send an email, your email provider and the designated AUOS mailbox provider handle its delivery and storage. This website does not store form submissions or issue enquiry receipt numbers.

Authorised personnel and hosting, security, email and professional-advice providers may handle relevant information for these purposes and under appropriate duties. We do not sell personal information or automatically send website enquiries to payment partners.

Providers may process data outside your country, where different laws and lawful authority-access rules can apply. Contact legal@auos.xyz for information about the providers and processing arrangements relevant to your enquiry.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry and correspondence records for as long as reasonably necessary for their purpose, applicable legal obligations, a genuine dispute or an appropriate legal hold. We then delete or anonymise them through the applicable retention process. Different retention rules may apply if information later becomes part of a regulated customer relationship.

Access is limited to personnel and providers with a legitimate need. We use proportionate technical and organisational safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Email copies and backups are subject to the corresponding provider and retention arrangements.

Your choices and requests

Subject to applicable law and relevant exceptions, you may request information about our processing, access, correction or deletion, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Withdrawal does not undo lawful earlier processing or override mandatory retention. Other local rights may also apply.

Email legal@auos.xyz with enough information to identify your request. We may need proportionate identity or authority verification and will respond within the applicable legal period. You may also contact a competent privacy authority, including the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada where it has jurisdiction.

Every route needs a clear provider map

Before a route is enabled, the customer must receive the legal name of the AUOS contracting entity and each relevant third-party service provider, the services each performs, relevant countries and any registration or permission relied upon. Where relevant, the disclosure must include the authority, reference number and an official verification source.

AUOS works with licensed partners for payment and digital-asset services. The provider appointed for a particular service, its legal name, role, applicable permissions, jurisdiction and governing terms must be identified before use. Safeheron is identified as a wallet technology provider; that description does not itself establish a licensed custody or banking role.

Documents before acceptance

The intended document set includes the final AUOS master agreement; a service and jurisdiction schedule; any transaction or pricing schedule; applicable provider agreements; customer-data privacy information; and disclosures about ownership, safeguarding, withdrawals, insolvency and risk.

A partner agreement applies only when its provider, product and relevance are identified. A generic reference to “all partner terms” is insufficient. The customer must be able to read, download and retain the complete version before accepting it.

Authority and acceptance records

An organisation acts through an authorised representative. The intended onboarding process verifies that authority and records the legal entity, representative, document identifier, version, full-text reference or hash, acceptance action and timestamp with time zone, plus proportionate supporting audit evidence.

Privacy notices, optional marketing consent and contract acceptance must remain distinct where required. A material replacement document requires notice and, where applicable, renewed acceptance. Historical versions and evidence must be retained under an approved schedule.

This website does not implement an acceptance control or collect a legally operative agreement record. No checkbox here can open an account or authorise a transfer.

Checks before funding

Business verification, beneficial-owner and authorised-person checks, sanctions screening, expected activity and source-of-funds review must be completed as required. The approved service must identify supported assets and networks, funding account details, ownership, who controls the funds or keys, fees, limits and withdrawal conditions.

Use only funding instructions delivered through the verified contractual channel. Do not send funds to a sample address or rely on a dashboard label as proof of safeguarding. Review the legal disclaimer and agreement.

Digital assets and stablecoins

You can lose some or all of the value involved in a digital-asset transaction. A stablecoin’s target price does not guarantee market value, liquidity, reserves or redemption. Holding a token may not give you a direct claim against the issuer or a right to redeem at par.

Issuer failure, reserve impairment, freezes, depegging, fraud and changes in redemption conditions can affect value and access. Digital assets are not bank deposits and AUOS does not promise deposit insurance or government compensation.

Technology and transfer risk

Blockchain congestion, forks, reorganisations, vulnerabilities, administrative-key compromise and network outages can disrupt a transfer. Tokens with similar names on different networks may have different risks and may not be supported. Wrapped or bridged assets add further dependencies.

Confirmed transfers are generally difficult or impossible to reverse. A wrong address, network, memo or asset can cause permanent loss. Phishing, compromised credentials and falsified instructions can also cause loss. Never disclose a private key or recovery phrase.

Custody and counterparty risk

A route may depend on banks, payment institutions, issuers, liquidity providers, wallet infrastructure and persons controlling keys. Their insolvency, misconduct, security incidents or legal restrictions may delay or prevent recovery.

A dedicated address or ledger is not proof of a trust, legally segregated funds or priority in insolvency. Understand the ownership, custody and safeguarding structure in the final documents. No transfer-of-title funding model is established by this website.

Pricing settlement and liquidity

Foreign-exchange and digital-asset prices can move before execution. Quotes may expire; liquidity and transaction size limits can change. Fees, spreads, network costs and intermediary charges affect the net result.

Bank cut-offs, holidays, beneficiary errors, network conditions and compliance reviews can affect settlement. Submission, release to a provider and final beneficiary receipt are different stages. An estimate does not guarantee arrival or finality. A return may involve additional costs or a different exchange rate.

Legal compliance and business suitability

Rules and restrictions vary and may change. An asset or activity permitted in one jurisdiction may be restricted elsewhere. Checks, legal orders or sanctions can lead to a hold, rejection, reporting or closure as applicable.

Your business remains responsible for understanding its accounting, tax and reporting obligations and whether a proposed route fits its needs. Seek qualified advice where needed. Read the final agreement and product-specific disclosures before committing funds.

Email contact@auos.xyz with “Complaint” in the subject. Include your company and role, relevant dates, a concise description, any non-sensitive reference and the outcome you seek. Do not include passwords, private keys, recovery phrases or unnecessary identity documents.

Review and escalation

The proposed process is to record the concern, acknowledge receipt, assign a reviewer, obtain necessary information and provide a reasoned response. An escalation request should explain which points remain unresolved. Where practicable, the further reviewer should be independent of the original decision.

Operational ownership and response targets remain to be confirmed before live services begin. This website does not promise an unverified deadline; any applicable mandatory deadline still applies. A restriction on disclosure may apply where required by law.

Urgent incidents and external rights

This general email is not represented as a continuously monitored emergency channel. For suspected fraud or an unauthorised transfer involving a live provider, contact that provider and your bank or wallet operator through verified channels promptly.
